*We offer free shipping on orders over $100 throughout Canada and the USA.
*We also ship internationally, shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
*In stock items usually ship in 2-5 business days unless otherwise noted on our website. Please note that this may vary during peak holiday seasons when there is an above normal order volume.
*Some items, such as personalized, custom, or special order merchandise, may take longer to process. Please allow 7-10 business days for these items to be processed and shipped.
*We try to keep our website updated with the latest inventory status. Although rare, occasionally a popular item can sell quickly and will be out of stock before our website is updated. If this happens to an item in your order, we will order the item and ship it as soon as possible. If it is no longer available, or on back order, we will notify you and make arrangements to refund you or ship the order when it is in stock again.
*Most items are shipped directly from us at the time the order is placed. However, due to limited storage space, once in a while an item may be shipped directly from the warehouse. If this happens, and you are ordering more than one item, you may receive your purchase in more than one shipment, should this occur, you will NOT be charged additional shipping fees.
*There are a few exceptions for larger or heavy items such as furniture. In this case we will contact you with a shipping quote.
*Please check your address before ordering, if an order is returned to us marked 'returned to sender' or refused upon delivery a deduction of shipping charges will incur and the these items will incur additional fees to be re-shipped.
Please note: During winter months shipping times may occasionally be extended by 1-2 days due to restricted hours and weather delays.
*We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. We will also accept e-transfers, please email or send us a Facebook message to make arrangements upon ordering. The e-transfer payment is due at the time of order, if the payment is not received within 12 hours of the time the order is placed, our system will automatically cancel the order.
*You may return any item that is new and unused, with the original packaging and purchase receipt, within 7 days of receiving it.
*The buyer is responsible for the return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part. In that case, we will reimburse you for the return shipping cost.
*All clearance, discounted holiday and seasonal merchandise is final sale.
*We will process your refund in the original form of payment, if possible. For example, if you used a credit/debit card or PayPal, we will issue the refund to that account. Otherwise, an electronic transfer will be issued.
