Shipping

We want your order to reach you quickly and safely!

Free shipping on orders over $100 in Canada & the USA.

We also ship internationally—rates are calculated at checkout.

Most in-stock items ship in 2–5 business days. Personalized, custom, or special order items may take 7–10 business days to process.

Sometimes your items may arrive in more than one shipment, but don’t worry—there are no extra shipping fees.

Large or heavy items, like furniture, may require a shipping quote—we’ll reach out if this applies.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. Returned or refused orders may incur additional fees.

Note: Winter weather can occasionally cause a 1–2 day delay in shipping.

Payment

We make it easy to pay for your favorites:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal.

We also accept e-transfers. Please use the password: "Order" for e-transfers. Electronic payments may be sent to amethyst.designs@outlook.com.

E-transfers are due at the time of order. If payment isn’t received within 12 hours, the order will automatically cancel.

Returns

Your happiness matters!

You can return new, unused items in their original packaging within 7 days.

Buyers cover return shipping unless the return is our mistake—we’ll reimburse shipping in that case.

Clearance, discounted holiday, and seasonal items are final sale.

Refunds go back to the original payment method whenever possible.
