FAQ

SHIPPING: 
*We ship anywhere in Canada and the USA!
*In stock items usually ship in 3-7 business days unless otherwise noted on our website. However, it may take a little longer during peak holiday seasons or when there is an above normal order volume.
*For personalized, custom, or special order merchandise please allow 7-10 business days.
*Although rare, at times a popular item can sell fast and becomes out of stock before our website is updated. If this happens to an item in your order, we will order the item and ship as soon as it arrives. If it is no longer available, or on back order, we will notify you and make arrangements to refund you or ship the order when it is in stock.
*Due to space restraints, some items may be shipped directly from the warehouse instead of our shop. If you are ordering more than one item this may mean you will receive your items in more than one shipment, you will not be charged additional shipping fees should this occur.
*There are a few exceptions for larger or heavy items such as furniture. In this case we will contact you with a shipping quote.
*Please check your address before ordering, if an order is returned to us marked 'returned to sender' or refused upon delivery a deduction of shipping charges will incur and the these items will incur additional fees to be re-shipped.

Please note: During winter months shipping times may occasionally be extended by 1-2 days due to restricted hours and weather delays.

PAYMENT:
*We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. We will also accept e-transfers, please email or send us a Facebook message to make arrangements upon ordering. The e-transfer payment is due at the time of order, if the payment is not received within 12 hours of the time the order is placed, our system will automatically cancel the order.

RETURNS:
*We will accept returns within 7 days upon receipt of the items being received provided that the item is returned in new and unused condition with the original packaging and purchase receipt.
*The buyer is responsible for return shipping, however, if the return is due to an error on our part a refund of the return shipping will be issued.
*Clearance items are final sale.
*Refunds will be given in the original form of payment, if possible. If an item was purchased using a credit/debit card or PayPal we will issue the refund back to that account. Otherwise, an electronic transfer will be issued.

*Photo Image Use: Unless otherwise specified, all materials appearing on this site, including images, graphics, text, logos, and design may not be used for any purpose without the expressed consent of Amethyst Designs or the specific owners of the photos or material.

ORDER POLICY:
*Your receipt of an electronic or other order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline the order.

 

*Please Note: We will be closed for the holidays from December 23 to Jan 2. All orders placed between these dates will be processed and shipped when we return on Jan 2nd. Thank you!
